1.1 Age Requirement

2.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the bbb39jl Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) bbb39jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. bbb39jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Deposits

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the bbb39jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player. bbb39jl is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by your payment provider.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Game Outcomes

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on bbb39jl's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.

5.3 Disconnection Policy

bbb39jl is not responsible for any loss of winnings or game progress resulting from disconnection due to internet failure, device malfunction, or any other technical issue on the player's side. 5.4 Errors and Malfunctions

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

7.2 Limited Licence

bbb39jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without bbb39jl's prior written consent.

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The bbb39jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bbb39jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbb39jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bbb39jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bbb39jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bbb39jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Closure by Player

You may close your bbb39jl account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9.2 Closure by bbb39jl

bbb39jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete identity verification; or at bbb39jl's sole discretion for business reasons. In the event of closure for cause, bbb39jl may withhold account balances pending investigation.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the support team, the matter may be escalated through bbb39jl's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team upon request.

12.1 Right to Amend

bbb39jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bbb39jl will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bbb39jl Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.1.
